The Dolomites are a vast mountain range in the eastern Italian Alps that extends into Veneto, Friuli Venezia – Giulia and Trentino Alto Adige. They are a destination for national and international tourism due to the beauty and peculiarity of the places and the countless sports that can be practiced, from trekking to skiing, from hockey to ice skating.
The Dolomites are undoubtedly among the most renowned areas in terms of nature, environment and tourism in the Alps. In the Dolomites, you can find a national park, nine natural parks, and the largest Italian ski area. In 2009, the Executive Committee of the Convention on the Material Heritage of Humanity of UNESCO, meeting in Sevilla, named the Dolomites a World Heritage Site.
Mountain scents, the sounds of nature, the colors and the sweetness are combined to create a photographic setting on the Dolomites, to capture authentic moments.
