Catajo Castle is a stunning and scenic destination, full of history and with many tales to tell, located not far from Venice. It was for this reason that Jorge and Gabriela chose to have their wedding photoshoot at this truly wondrous location.
The castle served as the backdrop for this young Argentine couple, providing some of the most beautiful settings and landscaping to showcase their love. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Euganean Hills, I worked alongside a team of some of the most skilled wedding arrangers to help capture the love of these two young people in print forever.
As an italian wedding photographer who lives in Venice, I was honoured to be a part of this experience; indeed, it was truly special to be involved with such a wonderful wedding photoshoot. The delicacy between the two was inspiring, and their creative and disenchanting view on life was something that shone through in every moment. They wore gorgeous dresses and inspired that poem that only two young lovers who embrace life can have. The entire scene was like something straight out of a fairy tale, and it made the perfect way to celebrate the love shared by Jorge and Gabriela. The unique merger between the stunning Renaissance architecture of this sixteenth century castle in the surroundings of Venice and Venetian masks with modern décor and features created an atmosphere that was something extraordinarily special and captivating, and as such, made for an excellent challenge in terms of photography, but one that I was thrilled to be able to capture on camera.
For me, photography is something special. It is more than just taking a few good snaps; indeed, every photograph tells a story. It tells of the love of the couple captured within it and provides an immortal, everlasting record of this one spectacular day. And as such, it cannot be approached with anything other than the highest level of attention to detail. In my photographs, I pride myself on focusing on every little detail to capture the intricacies of emotion in the moment. I focus closely on light and dark, balancing the two to ensure that every photo is shown in the perfect light. Moreover, I always try to look at even the smallest of details in my work, enhancing the emotions in every photo.
My aim is to add life and excitement into every photo and to help to immortalise the love shared between a new couple. All in all, the wedding between Jorge and Gabriella was a beautiful setting and it was my greatest pleasure to get the chance to immortalize the love between these two young people. Indeed, this experience was one that I am sure has left a mark on my soul and will continue to do so forevermore; I will never forget this unique setting and I am delighted to have been able to help these two lovers find their perfect fairy tale ending!
