This was a wonderful Wedding in Tuscany at Castle Celsa. It’s difficult and beautiful, at the same time, for me, creative and insatiable Venetian photographer, to tell about this event, because it represented something very close to my idea of marriage.
Refinement, taste, pursuit of beauty, attention to detail and elegance were the cornerstones of an intimate event in a dream venue in the heart of Tuscany. And I couldn’t ask for more as a Destination photographer.
When Guya, an excellent wedding planner working in Central Italy, contacted me about this delightful wedding explaining her concept, it really made me happy.
It’s a wedding photoshoot that’s suspended in time, between antiquity and modernity, to learn from the past and improve our future. The Castle of Celsa, nestled on the Siena’s hills, was a magical setting and made everything so muffled and perfect as desired. The Castle, whose name derives from the ancient Celsi family who owned it for a long time, is truly magnificent, just like in fairy tales: frescoed and finely furnished rooms, where wood and marble play the most important part. Long corridors and a huge park full of details make the architectural complex worthy of interest. Impossible not to love it, even if only for that colored ivy that paints the external walls…
A warm October sun stole the show every single moment of the day.
The love between Bella and Ran is authentic and pure, as precious and strong as their looks, their complicity and the happiness expressed by their beautiful eyes.
My task was only to return all this magic with my images. I am proud that I was able to do it.
